"Each lozenge contains: Elderberry Extract Standardized to 5% total flavanoids (Sambucus nigra) 200 mg; Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 100 mg; Marshmallow Root 50 mg; Echinacea Angustifolia Root (4% echinacosides) 25 mg; Mullein Leaf 10 mg. Other ingredients: Sorbitol, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Eucalyptu, Menthol, Peppermint, Natural Raspberry Flavor (with other natural flavors), Stevia"

Dosage:
2 lozenges to start and then continue taking 1 lozenge every 2 hours not to exceed 6 lozenges in 24 hours

Recommendations:
"To start, take 2 Elderberry + lozenges and let them dissolve slowly in your mouth (take one after the other and let them completely dissolve). Thereafter, continue taking 1 lozenge every 2 hours. Adults should not exceed 6 lozenges per day."
