Shipping/Delivery Options
Most orders are shipped the same day using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.  Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 regardless of weight or number of items.

Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request at an additional cost. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.

We do not offer International Shipping.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)
All items will be shipped for a flat rate of $5.95

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments made to addresses within the state of California. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside of California. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated upon checkout. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. Payment Policy

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon order confirmation. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added, if applicable. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

We also accept payment by check or money order.  These types of orders must be faxed to us at  (805) 492-0717.  Include the item names, UPC #, quantities, your name, address and phone number.  Be sure to include $5.95 for shipping.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase in accordance with the policies listed below.

a.  Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to us via a return shipment no later than 10 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 10 days from the date of purchase. 

b.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

c. Please contact us immediately if your item was damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item.  We will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  You may be requested to return the damaged/incorrect item at our shipping cost.

d.  Shipping charges for expedited delivery which is delayed beyond our control are not refundable.

e.  Shipments that are refused at time of delivery or not deliverable and returned by the shipper to us will be handled as follows:

     1.  if delivery issue was our fault we will reship at our cost

     2.  if the delivery issue is the customers fault (because of incorrect address provided by them to us, etc) we will accept the return from the shipper and refund the price paid to the customer less a 15% restocking charge and less return shipping charges.  Items will need to be re-ordered by the customer by placing a new order.

f.  Books, CD's, DVD's, or Tapes are not refundable and should not be returned.

Credit Card Processing Policy

Credit Card payments are processed only when we have completed your order according to your instructions and have notified you that the order has been processed and your Credit Card has been charged.
